T: French Toast Muffins – slice bread into 1″ cubes & fill muffin tin. Cover with egg/milk/cinnamon mixture (just like regular french toast) & soak overnight. Bake at 350°F until golden.
W: Whole Wheat Pancakes
Th: Chocolate Chip Muffins
F: Donut Muffins
S: Omelets
S: Scones
Dinner Menu:
M: Broccoli Cheese soup – I use the slow cooker for this
T: Lasagna
W: Hot Dogs, veggie sticks

M: English Muffin Egg Sandwiches M:   Roasted chicken & potatoes, corn
T: Whole Wheat Pancakes T:  Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan, salad
W: Orange Muffins W:   Pork Chops, rice, broccoli
Th: Cheesy Egg Tacos Th:   Pizza
F: Lemon Poppy Muffins F:  Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff – brown 1 package stew meat. Place meat in slow cooker with mushrooms and cover with 1/2 stock, 1/2 water. Cook on high for 6 hours. Add 1 large (2 small) cans of cream of mushroom soup and cook 1 additional hour.  Serve over egg noodles with salad.
