Week of 9/10 Menus

Grocery list for this week’s menus: 9.10 grocery list   

Breakfast Menu:
M: Cheesy Egg Tacos
T: Chocolate Chip Muffins
W: French Toast
Th: Pancake muffins – make your favorite pancake mix. Put your favorite pancake ingredient (berries, chocolate chips, bacon) in a muffin tin. Cover with the pancake mix. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes
F: Eggs
S: Whole Wheat Pancakes
S: Scones – we make these scones and add raisins, chocolate chips, berries, or other favorite things.
Dinner Menu:
M: Meatball Subs
T: Risotto, salad
W: Spaghetti, broccoli
Th: Chili – in the slow cooker, combine chili beans, kidney beans, 1 can of crushed tomatoes, chili seasonings and ground beef. Simmer on high 6-8 hours. Enjoy!
F: Turkey Pot Pie – with the leftover turkey from last week combine 1 bag of frozen mixed veggies, 1-2 cans cream of chicken soup. Place 1 refrigerated pie crust in a pan, fill with turkey mix, top with 2nd pie crust. Bake at 350 until golden brown.
S: Chicken Noodles – in the slow cooker combine chicken and 1 large can of stock with carrots, celery, onions, and garlic. Cook on high 6-8 hours. Prepare egg noodles as directed on package. Serve soup over noodles.
S: Hot Dogs, veggie sticks
