Back to School Schedule

Tip: To help kids get ready for back to school, adjust bed times and wake up times slowly away from their summer level to the school times during the week before school starts. By moving bedtime or wake-up time by 15 minutes per day, you should easily have your kids on their school sleeping schedule in about 1 weeks time without all the fuss of trying to do it the night before school starts.
